Hakuba Meteor Lodge is a 13-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station, and a 2-way shuttle is provided. It offers barbecue facilities, free parking and free Wi-Fi access.

The Lodge is a 7-minute ride from the Hakuba Museum and a 10-minute drive from Happou One Ski Field. There is a shuttle to various skiing places around the Hakuba area, and the schedule can be requested from the front desk.

Guest rooms offer both air conditioning and heating facilities. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub.

Lodge Hakuba Meteor has hairdryers, a microwave, a toaster, an IH cooking heater, an electric kettle, a fridge, plates, glasses, and cutleries. There are shared kitchens in both the annex building and the main building.
