Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size boxspring bed, an extra large smart TV and a work desk. There is a common courtyard garden with a seating area, a campfire site and barbecue facilities. Gourmet tea and coffee as well as other beverages are complimentary.

Haus Pia offers meeting and party facilities, a home theatre, a small gym and a flight simulator which can all be used for a fee.

A selection of cafs, bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found within a 1-minute walk.

Bicycle rental and private parking are available at the property. The area is popular for biking and outdoor sports. The nearest airport is Friedrichshafen Airport, 4 km from the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor smoking corner by the conservatory and the outside seating area.
