Agua Residence

With a free private beach, Agua Residence is set in a 1.5 hectare garden, on the seafront at San Lorenzo. It offers self-catering apartments with satellite TV and a washing machine, 19 km from Noto.

With a fully equipped kitchenette and air conditioning, apartments at Residence Agua have modern dcor and cool tiled floors. Each has a bathroom with spacious shower, and a furnished balcony or patio.

The beach is just 50 metres from the residence. In the summer, there is a self-service restaurant and you can go canoeing.

Free bikes are available at reception, and are a great way to see the area. Lovely beaches at Marzamemi is a 15-minute ride away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking.
