Maria Rooms are centrally located in Agios Ioannis of Pelion, within a few steps from the beach. They are self-catered and spacious, with balconies overlooking the pristine waters of Agios Ioannis Beach.

Rooms here are sunny with wooden furniture and tiled floors. They all are air conditioned and come with a TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Guests are offered homemade spoon sweets upon arrival.

The village centre is within a 2-minute walk and has supermarkets, traditional shops and bars. The beaches of Plaka and Papa Nero are a 10-minute walk each.
