Our Apartments are located in the city center, next to a shopping Mall called Las Arenas. The Apartments have a really special design: well furnished, fully equipped, nice views and fast Internet. Next to Plaza Espaa metro station and many different buses to move everywhere. Quite in the night and lively during the day. Especially recommended for spend a good stay in Barcelona. Blackandwhitehome Montjuc-Fira offers free Wi-Fi and is centrally located next to Barcelonas Plaza Espanya, with its airport bus stop and FIRA Convention Centre. Central Barcelona is 10 minutes away by bus or metro.

The modern air-conditioned apartments feature a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a balcony or furnished terrace and private bathroom with a hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Various additional services can be booked at the BWH, including guided tours and airport transfers. You can also order breakfast, as well as basic and gourmet food packages in your apartment.

Las Arenas Shopping Centre is 150 metres from the apartments. You will find cafs and restaurants in the surrounding area. Montjuc Hill and the Magic Fountain are within a 5-minute walk. Please inform Blackandwhitehome Montjuc-Fira in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that in case of damage to the apartments, guests will be charged EUR 200.

Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening hours are subject to a surcharge:

Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 40. Arrivals between 02:00 and 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.

Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed 1 day before arrival. Early check-in between 08:00 and 10:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30.

Please note the apartments will be cleaned once a week. This includes a change of sheets and towels. Extra cleaning services are available at an additional cost.

For baby cots and child seats, please inform the property at least 3 days in advance. This can be requested by contacting the property using the email address found on the booking confirmation. Please include the following details: arrival and departure date, apartment and required equipment. The property will send a confirmation within 24 hours.

All additional services, including breakfast, food packages, guided tours and airport transfers must be confirmed by the property in advance.
