Situated in the idyllic Lakeland village of Braithwaite, Middle Ruddings Country Inn serves award-winning breakfasts with freshly baked bread. Guests can enjoy its bright, cosy rooms and mountain views.

Rooms at Middle Ruddings include a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms provide super king-size beds, balconies, and beautiful Lakeland views. Each room benefits from complimentary toiletries and a private bath or shower room.

Meals are freshly cooked and made with locally sourced ingredients from a continually changing seasonal menu. Cooked breakfasts include Cumberland sausage and field mushrooms. Guests can enjoy special, flavoured breads, home-made muesli, and fresh fruit.

The award winning inn features a relaxed bar with a cosy fireplace, serving Cumbrian real ale, cider and bar meals.

Middle Ruddings is located on the edge of Whinlatter Forest, with its fantastic walking and cycling trails. The bustling town of Keswick and Lake Derwentwater are just 5 minutes drive away. The inn faces spectacular Skiddaw mountain, just a 10-minute drive away. Please note that rooms contain either a bath, a shower or both. If guests have any preference to the bathroom arrangement, this information can be added during the booking phase in the Special Request box. Although the property does their best to accommodate guests wishes, this request is still subject to availability.

All rooms are on either the first or second floor, with access from the reception. Please contact the property if you have any mobility requests.
