Brittons Farm Estate

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in 42 acres of conservation land in the heart of the South Cotswolds, Brittons Farm and Cottages, Hot Tub and Gym Estate Boutique B & B and self catering cottages is just 8-10 minutes drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bath.

All bedrooms boast an flat-screen TVs with full satellite channels including sports and movies.

A variety of quaint shops, cafs, and 2 gastro-pubs are located within 10 minutes drive away. The Roman Baths are a 15-minute drive away, and the University of Bath is 8 miles from the building. Guests also benefit from free parking. Please inform Brittons Farm and Cottages, Hot Tub and Gym in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a security deposit of GBP 800 is requested when booking the entire property and main house. A security deposit of GBP 400 is required for the 4-bedroom cottage. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out upon inspection of the property.

Please note that the hot tub can only be used by guests renting the main house or entire property. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk and are required to shower prior to use and test the water quality. The hot tub should not be used if the water is not clear.

Please note that guests are required to stay within the designated land areas of their rented property during their stay.

Please note that outside noise should be kept to a minimum after 21:00. Guests who persist in making noise after this time will forfeit their security deposit.

Please note that 1 well-behaved dog can be accommodated downstairs in the main house and must be kept on a lead while outside.

Please note that a log basket is left in the main house for guest use. Additional logs can be provided for a charge of GBP 15 per basket.
