Waterfront Rest Bed and Breakfast

The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. The property is recommended by Le Guide du Routard.

The traditionally decorated rooms feature a private shower room with a hairdryer. The rooms also boast views across the scenic shoreline.

A full Irish or continental breakfast is served in the dining room every morning.

The owner of the Waterfront Rest can help arrange the days activities, with fishing on the coast and hiking on the hills above the bay all on the propertys doorstep.

The small town of Clifden is just over 3 miles away, with the beautiful Connemara National Park reached with 15 minutes drive. Please inform Waterfront Rest B&B in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that it is not possible to check in after 18:30.

Please note that children cannot be accommodated. Teenagers are welcome at the bed and breakfast.

Please note if you are driving from the Westport direction: Take the Sky Road, Atlantic Way, on your right, set 3 km from Clifden. Stay on this road for 1.5 km until you reach the B&B on your left.

If you are travelling from Galway: Upon arrival in Clifden, stay on the N59 Road for 3km and then take the Sky Road, Atlantic Way, on your left (do not take the Sky Road from Clifden itself). Stay on this road for 1.5 km until you reach the B&B on your left.
