YHA Okehampton is a converted old Victorian goods shed. Guests have use of a self-catering kitchen, free on site parking, free WIFI, TV lounge and games room with table tennis and pool tables. The centres caf can provide a cooked breakfast, packed lunches and evening meals. Alcohol, soft drinks, coffee and snacks on sale in reception. The centre of Okehampton town is a 15 minutes walk away for shops, pubs and restaurants. Situated right on the northern edge of Dartmoor National Park many walks on the moors are possible from straight from the centre. During the holidays a range of adventure activities are available at the hostel, including archery, kayaking, climbing, high ropes and bike hire.
