The fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes come with a raclette oven and fondue set. The living area has a lounge, flat-screen TV with a DVD player and dining area. A coffee machine, toaster and mixer are available on request.

Guests and their luggage can be collected from Emmettens bus stops and brought to the property free of charge.

A childrens playground, shops, a paragliding school, the Bike Arena and Stockhtte Gondola Lift are all within 600 metres. Beckenried diving centre and school is 5 minutes by car.
