City Hotel

Large comfortable rooms with great facilities Located 1 min away from Tower Hill tube station

Food and drink served within the hotel can be quite expensive

Hotel is nice and clean Brekfast is grate rooms are big and very comfortable

The hotel was perfect for location accomadation

Steps were not always accessible for impaired walkers lifts or ramps were not accommodated not all lifts worked

All was very clear in the room Hotel is near the metro station

Lack of possibility to prepare coffee and tea in the room A poor kit of meat at the breakfast

The staff were so accommodating we got upgraded as it was my partners birthday that was a really nice touch

The air conditioning in out room didn t seem to work properly It was too hot for my liking no issues from my partner though

The location was great

Basic hotel for this money in terms of facilities

Location service and environment Also a small problem we reported resulted in an executive upgrade without asking
