rooms are spacious and well presented with a large bathroom but missed not having a bath
the breakfast as you could have the buffet breakfast but this was not re stocked and when we went to breakfast there was nothing left we had to ask and we waited almost an hour for egg and soldiers and an omelette which was poor and we weren t even offered more tea or coffee while we waited

The staff was very friendly and helpful We really appreciate Christina s service and warm personality The rooms were cosy and the bed was VERY comfortable a big concern when traveling we enjoyed the view of the garden and the proximity to the tube The restaurant inside the hotel was very nice as well We loved that we could have a lovely walk to High Street Kensington where there were restaurants we liked including Whole Foods

A great value for money option in London The front staff were very friendly and helpful Room was compact but was modern and had everything you could need The Bathroom was large and lovely Close to tube and Heathrow Express
Bed was a little high off the ground so beware if you are not very mobile
Proximity to Paddington station very attentive and polite staff super breakfast with loads of healthy options small but lovely room 24 7 gym
The wifi is not as seamless as I would have liked requires re signing in after every session I believe this may only be for Apple lap tops
