The staff were incredibly friendly It was my girlfriend s birthday and they sent up complimentary champagne and fresh fruit

The food was perfect and all the staff were very helpful and couldn t do enough for us We are planning another stay soon All the room services were excellent

Reasonably close to everything not a lot of staff could speak english all that well Free drinks in the fridge Noise from the street was very loud and noisy but i didnt have any trouble sleeping

Nothing really although the floor at the front of the toilet still had urine from previous stay on it and the cleaner failed to wash it away the whole time i stayed

Amazing hotel The location is perfect Very clean and modern Staff all friendly Couldnt have asked for a better hotel

Room very dark Requested a room with more light however none where available

Very nice hotel beautiful view with pool 1 issue was the temperature the whole building is set up to 21 C but I was feeling cold and could not change the temperature Otherwise nice hotel

Temperature in the building Guests should have the option change temperature I just now have a sore throat because of this

Everything was good especially the terrace bar and the breakfast The staff didn t forget my wifes birthday We totally left there with a great pleasure

we loved the location most of the staff and the bed was very comfortable Reception was very helpfull and was very nice comfortable bed its very close to subway nd beach too the mini bar was free and they refill it everyday with couple of drinks and you are always met a very friendly face in the entrance everytime you go in and out

room service was not a very pleasant experience the person who came was rude and he didnt like it when i sent an item back because it wasnt what i ordered the 23rd floor pool area i dont understand why there was only 7 sunbeds there when there are 26 floors filled with guests that wants to get the chance to sit there i know there is another pool on the third floor but it is also very tiny and felt weird swimming there if there was one other person swimming as well because you came so close to eachother in the pool Princess Barcelona sells this hotel with its sea views and pools but they were both a disappointment view of the ugly museum roof was not very nice i didnt think it would be so visible at the 16th floor but it was and the rooms walls were very scrached made it not so fresh feeling

Nice location Near the beach public transportation and shopping Nice rooftop pool and terrific breakfast Onsite spa was convenient

Steet noise was a little loud stay above the 10th floor Fitness room could use some attention
