Little creatures appeared from outside the wall above our bed A few made it till the bed too

Stylish interior a comfortable room atmospheric Some nice little extra s such as little chocolates or a cup of herbal tea in the evening

A waiting line to be seated for breakfast is unacceptable for the price we payed Especially because there were free tables so no need to hold people waiting An overall delay of almost 30 min is no good start of the day The room wasn t particularly clean either especially during the stay Overall I would expect better service for the money

just a nice place to stay

Reception desk consierge have not yet learned that they need to treat all clients alike Cleanness is a major Isuse Saturday 14 11 after repeated inquiries on my part they finally managed to perform the daily room cleaning at 14 30 The internet kept disconnecting for no apparent reason All the above and perhaps others that l may omitted justify the reduced numbers of guest at the hotel

Great rooms and facilities would stay again

Great location very near to the metro station and supermarket Loved the decorations it is a fun and lively place to stay in

I was charged more with 150 eur than the initially agreed amount with no real transparency from Mercure Booking com

I couldn t connect to the WiFi despite every effort from the reception staff
