Hotel Armani is the BEST Incredibly professional and friendly staff with outstanding service I had a fantastic stay One of the best hotel experiences ever

convenient location within walking distance from the train station friendly sincere and helpful staff and service top standing Sofitel service and comfort good size rooms that were clean and modern comfortable bed excellent price and value for money

more selection for breakfast service was a bit slow value for money wasn t great didn t live up to the standards of the Sofitel breakfasts

Spacious room and bathroom good bed breakfast was more than nice value for money

Some little things need fixing e g shower cable leaking toilet seat half loose

Everything the room was great once we had figured out which switch belonged to what Plenty of space The mirrors made the room seem much larger than it was which was great The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices The staff on reception were very polite and made time to have a little chat

We would have appreciated some tea coffee in the room

The staff are so friendly and helpful The location is excellent so near to metro station and to tram Very close to La Scala opera the duomo Thank you everyone at Milano la scala hotel for this pleasant stay

Not good breakfast horrible Coffee Drink was served in plastic cup You must pay 10 2 per extra for city tax and 8 for 24h parking 30 minutes to city center by car

Parking on site but 8 a night bit steep as got free parking everywhere else on trip

Air condition was not working and their solution was to open a window Triple room does not fit for 3 persons The bartender was never there
