Quartier 14

These apartments lie in a former fishing village in Zempin, 100 metres from the Achterwasser Lake on the island of Usedom. Quartier 14 apartments offer a garden terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Built in 2004, the Quartier 14 apartments feature a separate bedroom as well as a large living room with a corner sofa, armchair and a 42-inch LCD TV with blu-ray player. The bathroom includes a bathtub.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the view of the Achterwasser Lake from the conservatory. A barbecue area is also available.

Quartier 14 is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and windsurfing here on Usedom. Lots of storage space is provided for bicycles, trailers and surfing equipment.

On-site parking is free at Quartier 14. It is 5 km from Zinnowitz and 20 km from Heringsdorf. Quartier 14 will contact guests for payment within 7 days after the reservation has been made.

There is only 1 baby cot between all of the apartments, and this is subject to availability.

Please also note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
