The location of the hotel and the staff were very good
The room was dreadful I have never seen such a small basic room before You had to tread on the toilet to get out of the bath

Great staff helped us check in early and made travelling with a seven month old a breeze The location is excellent with buses to everywhere you might want to go right outside and the park entrance literally across the street

Nice hotel in very good location Very good for the price in London We had trouble with an extremely noisy family next door child screaming AND laughing practically all night and got zero sleep the first night but the staff were very helpful and moved us to a new room for the next night The walls are quite thin though and the next room was right beside the lift so I could hear that but earplugs worked okay
The rooms aren t sound proof If you re a light sleeper you might want to ask for a quiet room And earplugs
The beds were really comfortable The room was airy and spotlessly clean
Pillows were hard We could not check in at the allocated time as room was not ready

Noisy room air conditioning in others rooms could be heard I couldn t stand up straight I m 5 10 in the shower due to a slanting wall
