Several room amenities listed were not provided Was told there was a help yourself cupboard in the hotel corridor where there was no toiletries left so had to go to another floor Notified Hotel prior to arrival that it would be my mother s birthday so to make it a special visit yet nothing extra was given at all Disappointing overall
