The Royal Hotel

With plenty of free parking and Wi-Fi throughout, The Royal Hotel is within a 25-minute drive of Kendal and the Lake District. In the village of Bolton-le-Sands, this Lancashire gastropub provides bed, breakfast and dining in a canal-side location, 4 miles from Morecambe. Breakfast isnt included in the price but guests have the option to join us from 8.30am and order from our breakfast menu.

Each room has a flat-screen TV, desk and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms also have an en suite shower.

This modern gastropub has a large courtyard garden by the canal with great walks all around the pub including rollings hills and woods to the rear, canal side walks in both directions and Morecambe bay beach 10 minutes walk away. An extensive monthly changing food menu is served daily from 9am when the pub opens to the public, although If you just want to relax in our bar area with a coffee or a cocktail, weve got all angles covered.

The Royal Hotel is around 10 minutes drive from the Forest of Bowland, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The city of Lancaster is overlooked by a Norman castle and is a similar distance to the south. Please note that there is live music on Saturday nights at the property and there will be noise till about 00:30.

Breakfast times are as follows: Monday - Sunday: 08:30 - 12:00. Breakfasts are not included in the room rates. Guests can order breakfast from our main menu, for an additional price.
