Location parking value

The parking was sometimes overloaded One gentlemen at the desk was very rude and shouted back when late at night he was requested to assist in showing the location of the parking He said he didn t care for the consequences and reviews Go and complain to whoever you want That s not quality service in my opinion

Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good part of the city

Price was high for the size of room we got and there was a lot of noise from passing trams on the road below late into the night

Near EXPO and Linea 19 Easy travelling from north to south of Milan by public Transportation Very good breakfast

Cargarage a bit far away

loved the location nice rooms and value for money breakfast was great

Fully staffed hotel at a good price a little off the beaten path of the hotels near the Stazione Centrale but with easy access to the Metro and with cafes and a couple of nice local restaurants nearby as well as a full grocery next to the hotel for water and supplies Comfortable rooms and a nice bar downstairs

Breakfast was very very good the staff was very helpful and kind as well

Didn t like the location Although it seems to be central the shops restaurant nearby are not that worth to see explore

I liked very much the service from the beginning It was with a very nice WELLCOME

lack of facility s in room I e no hot drink making equipment in room and few hotel facility s

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights First night was with a group as a bus tour with Gartours the second night we booked additionaly Best Western in Milan was the best through the whole tour Location is very convenient It is located 3 min walking from subway station on direct line from all famous attractions Comfortable nice bedding good size of the room with spacious walk in closet good breakfast Compare to all other hotels in Rome Florence and Venus provided by our tour operator that one was a nice surprise
