Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, which is accessible by car only until 10:30. Please call before arrival if you want the staff to assist you with your luggage. Until check-in, luggage can be deposited at the reception. After 10:30 it is not possible to drive to the hotel.

Parking is possible at the Altstadtgarage, a public parking garage located at Innrain 4, which is a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. A discount is offered for hotel guests.
