About Your Stay
Villa Eden Vert is a provenal-style house set in a 5000m garden which features a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. You can use the barbecue facilities or relax next to the wood-burning stove.
The 4-bedroom house features tiled flooring and 3 bathrooms, one of which is located outside, near the swimming pool. It also offers a south-facing terrace and a LCD TV.
It is 10 km from Saint Cassien Lake and 40 km from the city of Cannes. Grasse is 30 km away and there is a free car park on site. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Eden Vert in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Cheques and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. Please note that the 30% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 15 per person, per night. Towels: 3 per person per night. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.
Please note that wooden pellets for the stove are not included in the price. Guests can purchase a bag of wood pellets for an extra charge of EUR 80.
The swimming pool is available from April and guests will be charged EUR 100 per week if they would like the swimming pool to be heated.
Pets are not allowed in the stone outbuilding.
