This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. To secure the booking, guests must pay a deposit of 100% in advance by bank transfer. If payment is not confirmed within 48 hours, the hotel will cancel the reservation. Once the reservation is made, the property will provide all the necessary information.

A $200 USD fine applies for guests that smoke in rooms.
