At check in I was asked if I wanted to pay in dollars or euros In the moment I chose dollars but looked at my statement after and realized that it would be less if I chose euros I asked the front desk to change the charges and they would not Also when we first got to our room there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and a blood stain on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser which means the housekeeping does not clean well Upon check out the front desk insisted that I ate breakfast and I had charges in my bill so when I asked to see the sign in seat they reversed the charges

Great location friendly staff and very comfortable Also loved the view of Barcelona from my room

Staff pool room service menu buffet breakfast was amazing view was incredible hotel is really grrat value for money in a beautiful outer area of barcelona

There was an event on while we were staying so unfortunatley there was some construction that went on through the night for our first night although we were moved rooms to a quieter room after bringing this to attention Of staff

most of the staff were great

some of the bar staff were very slow indeed and the room opposite 2012 were smoking which affected the whole corridor

The service the minute you arrive the facilities the comfort and attention to detail Oh and the view is to die for Can t really speak for the food but the breakfast was very nice It s quite a way of town but that s what makes it great so peaceful If you want to relax there s the pool and terrace to enjoy the view The public transport makes it really easy to get into the city

Can t faulty it at all really maybe the price of the breakfast

I did not have breakfast in this hotel but the dinner was not great and very expensive but everything else about the hotel was great

Family suite setup was very good The master room was lovely and the second of the 2 rooms had 2 separate sofa beds made up one for each of our children The suite had 2 toilets very useful a bath and a separate shower cubicle Breakfast although in a small restaurant was good and fairly varied The breakfast staff were excellent friendly and attentive Location was brilliant walikng distance to La Rambla Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi attractions Also a good mix of restaurants located nearby

The restaurant was small and the menu for both restaurant and room service was fairly limited especially the vegetarian options

The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice and big shower was great Friendly staff and always helpful Great spa and jacuzzi pool area

Maybe to include more food options for Vegetarians as that was quite limited Also the bathroom window did not open so was a little difficult to dry and ventilate the toilet shower area
