North House

North House is a Grade II listed townhouse situated in the heart of Cowes old town.

Built in the 1850s, part of the house was a Foresters hall, Theatre and Labour Exchange at different times in its history. The remainder of the house has been sympathetically renovated and retains much of the original features and period quality, including its attractive period fireplaces.

We have fourteen rooms, some with captivating sea views. There is a bar, library, garden and a residents swimming pool.

The property is situated within the Conservation Area of the old town of Cowes, close to the high street and the array of shops, restaurants, marinas and the various yacht clubs of Cowes.

The high speed passenger ferry service to Southampton is only a short walk from the house, making the journey time from London only 2 hours.
