The location and grounds are very good
as it was bank holiday the hotel was struggling to cope with demand in the restaurant lounge and getting a coffee and croissants was a lengthy process Our room was ok but being on the ground floor we had to tolerate the noise of people at the bar until about 2 am
Small room not enough bedding We were cold in bed and had to lay Towels and bath robes on the duvet to be warmer And we are not elderly people
