Friendliness of the staff They could not have been more courteous to all our questions When we arrived the staff were working under difficult circumstances as the hotel had no power All was well when we returned in the evening

Ideal location

Main restaurant shut for dinner

Personnel was nice and gave me a free upgrade But for that price all rooms should be like the upgraded one

Hotel is TOO OLD and it s not good value for money

Staff location comfort

The gorgeous decor and the generous bathrooms are great for Paris Breakfast is wonderful Honesty bar is a lovely option

The location was great and so we re the staff The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Very convenient location of the hotel metro station just in 5 minutes walk plenty of cafes and restaurants around Personnel is friendly and helpful Our room was spacious and quiet

The air conditioning was not working properly so it was so hot in the room we could not sleep during the night Also for two of us staying in the room only one set of toiletries was provided
