This villa has 4 double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom, including a bath and shower, plus a twin bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a living space with several sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and dining area, while the modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, fridge, and microwave.

The large, furnished terrace includes sun loungers and direct access to the beach.

You will find a grocery shop, restaurants and cafs within a 10-minute drive of Beach House at Playa del Hombre. Gran Canaria Airport is 10 km from the property. Please inform Beach House at Playa del Hombre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note there is a EUR 50 charge per day for the pool heating.

Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
