From Locarno Train Station, the property can be reached by bus lines 1 or 316 (direction Ascona Posta). Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. At the moment, the neighboring house is being completely renovated and construction noise is to be expected from 8.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.15. We therefore waive a 20% discount per night (excluding Saturday/Sunday) due to construction noise. Further claims or complaints regarding this cannot be considered and there will be no refund.
