Studio living in a few words: intimacy, tranquility, cleanness and comfort... Studio Living, located in the Village district of Montreal, is around 20 minutes walk away from the citycentre. The studio is 5 minutes walk from shopping and dining on Sainte-Catherine Street.

Each contemporary studio offers a private bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi.

It is located in a quiet area but is a short walk to most of the citys attractions. Guests have access to a private garden.

The Living Studio is 1 km from Old Montreal, which features parks, museums and historical landmarks. The studio is 5 minutes drive from Mt-Royal Mountain. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Studio Living in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1831 Montcalm Street, H2L 3H6 Montreal. Please note that a confirmation e-mail enclosing important information about the reservation will be sent to guests, following their booking. If the property has not received a confirmation from the guest within 7 days, the property may choose to cancel the reservation and will notify the guest by e-mail.

Please note that if a deposit is requested, it will be payable using Visa or MasterCard.

Guests are kindly requested to mention their arrival time and transportation method, during the reservation:

- By plane: specify the airline company, flight number and city of departure. - By train: specify the railway company, train number and city of departure. - By car: specify city of departure and estimated time of arrival.
