The apartment hotel is situated approximately 5 minutes from the sea and surrounded by a natural reserve. Guests will find restaurants and bars in Malibu Village, a 5-minute walk from the holiday village, while links to the public transport network are just 2 minutes on foot. The centre of Canet Plages, with its shops, nightlife and beach, is approximately 5 minutes by car. Perpignan and its train station are 20 minutes' drive from the holiday village.
