Hotel Garni Buchenhof

Set in a lush and peaceful green area, Hotel Garni Buchenhof is located within a 15-minute walk from Veldens centre and train station, as well as the free beach at Lake Wrthersee. It offers outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities and free WiFi.

Cosy individually decorated rooms with wooden floors provide satellite TV and a private bathroom with bath or shower. All are soundproofed and have a balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains.

Buffet breakfast, including a choice of bio products, is served on the south-facing terrace. Guests can relax at the pool pavilion which is equipped with a TV; or make use of the Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin on site. There is also a 70 m relaxation room.

The Garni Buchenhof provides kids playground, and babysitting service at a surcharge. Table tennis and table football can be practised at the premises. A playing field for soccer and volleyball is right outside the hotel.

In winter, Ski Area Gerlitzen can be reached within a 15-minute drive by car. Golf Course Kstenberg and a casino are a 10-minute drive away.

From Easter until the end of October the Wrthersee Card (without day trips) is included in the price, offering entrance to the lido, as well as a hiking tour. Please inform the hotel in advance if you wish to check-in after 18:00.

Please note that the outdoor pool is only available from mid-April to mid-October.
