Appartementhaus Rosengarten

We bought the property in 2013 and it has been renovated top to bottom with new fixtures and fittings. It is situated between the centre of the village and the beaches on the north east side of the lake.

In Summer there are all sorts of water activities based at the lake including tubing, boat hire, water skiing, etc. We also host barbeques for guests during the Summer .

In Winter we have a free skibus to take guests to the Spa resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the ski area where Franz Klammer learned to ski. The resort also boasts two natural thermal spas for relaxation and health. On their return guests may use our skiroom for drying and storing their ski equipment and clothing. Set in a quiet location, a 4-minute walk from the centre of Dbriach, Appartementhaus Rosengarten offers newly refurbished apartments with free WiFi access and mountain views. Lake Millstatt is a 10-minute walk away, and free parking is possible on site.

The apartments come with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A flat-screen TV with multi-language satellite channels is featured in each apartment at Appartementhaus Rosengarten, and some also have a balcony.

The property is situated at the foot of the Mystic Mirnock Mountain which has numerous cycling and hiking routes. In the winter there is a free ski shuttle from Dbriach to the Bad Kleinkirchheim Ski Area and the thermal spas.

Restaurants are in the centre of Dbrich, and a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
