At Alpina Appartements, each large apartment features a balcony with panoramic Alpine views and a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms are decorated with hard wood floors and furnishings. The living area, which has an iPod docking station and cable TV, is separate from the bedrooms. There are 2 private bathrooms equipped with a bath or shower.

The property sells ski passes and offers a barbecue area, games room with toys and childrens playground. A drying room with a ski boot dryer and ski storage facilities is available to guests.

From 01 May to 31 October, the Bregenzerwald Card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights. With this card, guests can use all public buses, swimming pools and cable cars for free.

As from December 2013, the Warth-Schrcken Ski Area offers direct access from the Lech Valley to the well-known Lech Ski Area.
