Located just 70 metres from the Pas de la Casa Ski Lifts which access Grandvalira Ski Resort, Nevada 1 Pedrous is a heated, modern studio with a private balcony.

Decorated simply, the studio includes bunk beds and a sofa bed. There is a living area with a TV and dining table, as well as a kitchen equipped with a microwave and fridge.

Ski equipment can be rented at the property and stored on site. Staff can also arrange ski passes and lessons.

Pas de la Casa offers a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Andorra la Vella is a 45-minute drive away and has a wide range of shops. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
