The heated/ fan-cooled house features a dining and lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a coffee machine. It has a laundry, an outdoor dining area and 2 bathrooms. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
