Berghaus Drei Tannen

Located in Oetz, Berghaus Drei Tannen is in the heart of the ski and hiking areas Hochoetz and Ochsengarten. It offers Tyrolean-style rooms with a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains.

Guests can start their day with a rich breakfast buffet serving homemade bread, muesli with fresh fruit, milk and yogurt coming from local farms and eggs, cold cuts and cheese.

All of the rooms at the Drei Tannen have satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.

In summer, the public swimming pool in Oetz can be reached within a 2-minute walk. The Piburg swimming lake is the warmest lake in Tyrol and is a 30-minute drive away.

Guests can also get active in the on-site fitness centre or relax after a long day on the slopes in the sauna or infrared cabin.

Berghaus Drei Tannen features an on-site ski school with cross-country, snowboard and alpine ski rental. Guided ski hiking tours and snow shoe hikes are organised on request. The ski bus stops a few metres from the property. Parking is free.
