Pfahlbau Rust/Neusiedlersee

Built on piles submerged in the lake, Pfahlbau Rust/Neusiedlersee is set amidst the protected reed belt of Lake Neusiedl. It features a terrace with a private jetty and offers barbecue facilities. Fishing is possible on site.

The wooden holiday home comprises a combined living and sleeping room including a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a separate, open sleeping area located on a gallery, which can only be reached via a ladder.

An electric boat can be used free of charge. A public beach, a sailing school, a boat rental and a restaurant are 500 metres from the Pfahlbau Rust. The centre of Rust is 1.5 km away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The property will contact the guests to inform them where they can collect the keys.

Please note that the city tax is not charged for children under 14 years of age.

Please note that in October, November and April, the water in the house might be turned off due to risk of frost. If this happens, guests booked for the period with the water turned off will have the right to cancel the booking free of charge.
