Landhaus Daum can be found in Schwendau in the Zillertal valley, a 2-minute drive from the Horbergbahn Cable Car and the Penken Ski Area. The ski bus stops in front of the property.

Tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts and a football pitch are located next to the property and can be used free of charge. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
