Room needs an urgent fix up shower is too narrow and very low water pressure Furniture is outdated

Most of the staff have a very heavy foreign accent so it is sometimes difficult to understand them

Hi the hotel is clean and the location is too good if you are a tourist in london and wants to visit prominent places

Hi rooms are too small even a double deluxe room is not too spacious Need to work on the room setting so that one can atleast move in the room

It was comfortable and well located for our business appointment

The booking in was cumbersome tiring and unnecessarilly time consuming especially after a long journey The admissions desk was tucked away and very small when more than 3 visitors visitors were there at once We were asked for our passports emails etc even though we were obviously UK citizens and it was clear they already had all this information via Booking com A number of the staff we encountered had a problem with English which was difficult at times The restaurant was just a caf really not what we would have expected for a hotel of this status

Bit far out and room was very hot couldn t open the windows

Very clean modern Just a beautiful hotel in a nice location near the station

Had no toothpaste and wifi is only for members

We had the same breakfast menu everyday during our stay Things look little unorganized even though have met some brilliant staff members
