The refurbished 4-bedroom house is fitted with a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each, and one with a double bed.

The backyard features barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area for 6. Rooms are non-smoking and heating and air conditioning are provided throughout.

Within 5 minutes walk around the property are shops and supermarkets. Kyneton Train Station is a 10-minute walk and Melbourne International Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
