Steinerhof is an ideal choice for families, youth groups, school groups, clubs and training groups for all sports whatever you choose, youll be made to feel at home by your hosts, Elfi and Josef Thaler.

The Steinerhof is a warm and welcoming guesthouse and working farm with a horse stud and is also one of the few distillers of the famous Krautinger Schnapps. The Steinerhof is located at the entrance to the village of Oberau (935m) in the heart of the Wildschnau, a high valley surrounded by the Kitzbheler Alps.

Outside the front door are walking paths, cross country skiing tracks, a bus stop which is served by the public buses as well as the ski bus service in winter and is 100m from the Riedl ski lift. Traditionally furnished family rooms with en suite facilities, three well appointed public rooms and a large play area outside are available to guests. Of special note is that home grown vegetables, eggs and meat from the farm are all used in the preparation of meals. Situated a 4-minute drive from the centre of Wildschnau, Pension Steinerhof features a restaurant and provides accommodation units with mountain views and a seating area. The Schiehttllift Ski Area is just 100 metres away and free Wi-Fi is available.

All units come with a bathroom featuring a bathtub or a shower. Some have a terrace or a balcony and the apartment provides a kitchenette.

You can sunbathe in Steinerhofs garden and make use of the provided barbecue facilities. A playground, a trampoline and table tennis facilities ensure the childrens entertainment.

Austrian dishes can be sampled at the on-site restaurant. A breakfast buffet is served daily and packed lunches can be requested. Special diet menus are available.

Pension Steinerhof offers a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. A free ski bus stops right next to the building and continues to the Alpbachtal Wildschnau Ski Area. Free private parking is possible on site.

Kufstein is a 30-minute drive away and Wrgl can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

The Wildschnau Card is included in the room rate during summer. This card comprises many benefits, such as admission to local museums, guided hikes, use of the cable cars, access to public swimming pools and much more.
