only had 1 room key iron wasn t great could hear the road

Every time i ve left my room roommade came in and do my bed and replace my stuff I was like not alone just a little strange

Comfy bed Clean and tidy room Good for reason of stay lords and baker street visits

Noise No windows

Always stay there Very obliging and caring

Very rude reception I haven t been asked for a credit card for a number of years and definitely never been asked for photo id before Will not use it again

The restaurant was fantastic The spa was small but intimate with a lovely view of the city Perfect location outside of the city with a short tram ride to the city centre The rooms were clean large and comfortable and there was complimentary water each day

Very small thing but the masseuse is not resident to the hotel and is not always available Apart from that we can t fault the hotel

Stayed here for one night as we had to attend a birthday party nearby Very comfortable rooms and beds All modernised and well laid out Very helpful staff with things like booking taxis and extra amenities for the rooms Great value coffee house next door with cake and coffee for two for 8

The air con was tricky to get right but managed it eventually Our room 127 had no windows and was internal to the hotel which might seem to be a bit claustrophobic to some people hence the need to get the A c right

the location is very good for what I needed The reception staff were very pleasant

The we re 2 plates of half eaten food left at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived and was still there 24 hours later As per my previous visit u booked bed and continental breakfast but upon arrival this time was informed I hadn t booked for breakfast I did

Honestly the room are absolutely a disgrace to London this hotel is a total rip off also the staff are not polite but really rude

There re no open window due to safety which is ok but even the air condition were not working and the room are like a squeeze toilet basement absolutely I will advise no one to stay in this hotel

Location was ok although was in Kilburn Road rather than Maida Vale

Staff tried to force us to move to Ealing Booked a Double Room received a Twin Blood over the curtains Couldn t even get by to other bed without climbing over one as beds were full breadth of room Rooms dirty
