La Locanda di San Francesco

La Locanda Di San Francesco is located in a 14th-century building in Montepulciano historic centre, 100 metres from the Duomo. Its unique rooms overlook the Val DOrcia and Valdichiana valleys, and are equipped with air conditioning, a LED satellite TV with DVD player, and free WiFi.

The rooms at the San Francesco are are located on the first floor. They are all decorated with period furniture and parquet floors, and have Acqua di Parma toiletries.

Guests can take tours of the familys private wine estate in the Montepulciano countryside.

On the ground floor there is a wine bar and bistro. Here you can enjoy jazz concerts and art exhibitions, while dining or having a drink on the panoramic terrace.

The San Francesco is within easy reach of the most famous wine cellars, shops and restaurants of Montepulciano. The Teatro Poliziano and the towns summer cultural events are just a few steps away. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00. Check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 comes at an extra charge of EUR 20. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.

The wine bar is open from 01 April to 30 October and from 27 December to 06 January.
