Xtiva and Coln Metro Stations are nearby, connecting you with the rest of the city. Regular city buses to the City of Arts and Sciences leave from a stop just outside. The apartments are also 10 minutes walk from Estaci del Nord Station. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform City Hall in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note payment must be made in cash upon arrival.
