Aerotel Transit Hotel Terminal 1

Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies) and boasts having the only AIRSIDE hotel outdoor swimming pool worldwide, a pool side bar, an exercise corner and a library lounge exclusively for registered guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : As the property is located AIRSIDE, in the Restricted/Transit area, Transit travellers must NOT clear immigration/customs (on transit means those who are travelling to another country via Singapore, without clearing Singapore arrival immigration). If you clear immigration/customs, airport immigration will not allow you to re-enter the transit area until your airline counter opens before departure. Arriving passengers planning to stay in the city are not allowed to stay in Aerotel.

Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline.

If in doubt on arrival, please approach our 24-hour front desk for advice about luggage collection, onward boarding pass or about re-entering the transit area. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Aerotel Transit Hotel, Terminal 1 Airside in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests arriving on inbound flights must not pass through immigration control.

Guests arriving from the city must be checked in on an outbound flight.

Guests are required to wear a mask at all times.

The property is not responsible for guests who are unable to pass through immigration control from the city.

The payable total price may be subject to a slight change due to the GST rate increase in 2023 and 2024.
