The Japanese-style hot spring hotel has an indoor public bath set in rocks, and an open-air public bath. Facilities include table tennis, a souvenir shop and drink vending machines.

Rooms at the Ikoitei feature an authentic decor of tatami-mat (woven straw) flooring, futon mattresses and traditional Japanese shoji sliding doors. Guests can lounge in a yukata robe and watch television on their flat-screen TVs. Air purifiers are provided in each room. Bathroom facilities are shared.

A multi-course dinner with Japanese dishes can be experienced in the dining room. It features fresh seafood from the local beach.

Ikoitei Kikuman is a 3-minute stroll from the Kaike Onsen Tourist Information Centre, which is a 20-minute bus ride from JR Yonago Station. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Yumigahama Beach, and a 30-minute drive to the Mizuki Shigeru Museum. The Daisen Golf Club is a 40-minute drive away. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the propertys public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
