Front desk assistance is provided until 22:00. For guests who are driving, onsite private parking is available upon request.

Guests can enjoy the New Years Eve fireworks show from their private terraces. Please inform Cabaas Alicia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates.

Guests may experience problems with the WiFi connectivity, depending on the router and period of use.

How to arrive:

From the airport there are 2 options:

1) You can hire a taxi or the Cabaas Alicia - Concn transfer service can bring a maximum of 4 guests directly to the hotel.

2) You can take the CentroPuerto bus, parked at the passenger exit, that takes you to the centre of Santiago in 30 minutes.

From the Santiago bus station there are 2 options:

1) You can take a Condor bus (www.condorbus.cl) that goes straight to Concn bus station, 4 km from Cabaas Alicia - Concn.

2) Alternatively you can take a Pullman (www.pullman.cl) or Tur Bus (www. turbus.cl) that will take you to Via del Mar bus station, 12 km from Cabaas Alicia - Concn.

From Concn Condor bus station there are 2 options:

1) You can take a taxi that will take you directly to Cabaas Alicia - Concn.

2) Alternatively you can take a 10-minute locomocin colectiva bus ride from Borgoo Avenue to the pedestrian street at Bahamas Beach, where you have to climb a short flight of stairs and then walk 1 block to the right.

From Via del Mar bus station

Take a taxi directly from Via del Mar bus station to Cabaas Alicia - Concn.

With GPS:

If you travel with GPS, you must search for the intersection of streets Magdalena Paz and Elenas or Vergara. Please note, Magdalena Paz street is not listed in the GPS maps because it is very short.

LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
