Each unit is 20 metres away from Middle Chuanfanshih Bus Stop, while Kenting Main Street is a 5-minute drive away. All units come with private parking.

Each room here is air-conditioned and comes with a refrigerator, TV and electric kettle. The private bathroom has shower or bath facilities, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The property offers free washing machine, coin-operated dryer and beach towels for rental.
