The bed was comfortable and staff were really nice in particular the valet guys The entrance gate was closed as there was some red carpet event going on when we arrived The valet boys took charge straight away by taking our car to park it and took our bags out They took care of our initial arrival

The girls standing in the lobby to welcome guests and help them were not friendly and were behaving more like security personnels Wasn t welcomimg at all No sweet smiles

Noisy singer in the only bar open at 2300hrs

Staff Breakfast Room Giancarlo Fanigliulo from reception was great and helpful Laura van Nimwegen Lobby hostess was sooooo nice to us and she will be on of the reasosn to come back to the hotel Thanks Laura

One of the most comfortable stay I have ever had Very helpful and courteous staff Best concierge I have ever come across Best part is that you can order food from full menu 24 hours Special mention of stefania on the front desk for going the extra mile to help

The bathroom layout was a bit cramped One day I ordered dinner at midnight which was not delivered Slept hungry

Everything else other than location Very old style very over priced for quality provided It was my first time there but definitely my last
